| I have a 1991 231 cid V6 in my 1986 fwd olds 98. I was wondering if it would be possible to take a supercharger from a 1992 and retro fit it to my engine and have it work with my 1986 computer that is hooked up to the engine. |

Whether it's practical for you depends on your budget and experience level.
FWIW: NOS is much less expensive and your engine would last longer.

| why not swapping a 3800 supercharged and the computer in place of your 3.8. might be more money to do it but it would less of a headache. plus adapting a SC would no doubt require you to upgrade vital engine parts like, pistons, injectors, cam, and maybe the heads and so on.... just to compensate for the added boost. otherwise u could kill your engine. |
