After placing an order for a Thornton W-25 hood in 11/04 it arrived in 03/05. There were 60 orders ahead of mine. I finally had it installed.
Very little work needed to be done for a perfect fit.
Thornton supplied the rear trim. The front trim is from Fussick. The tongue is aftermarket plastic from Year One and the 442 emblems are GM NOS

I still regret not being able to get to the AZ show to see it in person. This latest change fits its personality perfectly, and it's still an impressive car.

Most of the time I hate ram air hoods but HOT DAMN. THAT IS EXCELLENT LOOKING.
Have you ran that car at a track at all? |
