Hello all, just thought id introduce myself. Names Adam and just bought my 1987 Oldsmobile Delta 88 Royale for $500. I really enjoy older cars, Oldsmobiles at that, so I sought out one and got a good deal, in my opinion. Its got a few rust spots here and there and the headliners falling in, but the engine is in great shape. Really looking forward to putting some time and money into the car.
-Adam

Thanks for the welcomes guys. I don't plan on doing any major mods, maybe just a stereo system and new exhaust. 88Delta88, it only has 113,404.3 miles on it.

joe, lets not get carried away. I can think of at least 10 mods that wouldnt go over so well... ;-) Say a wing and a coffee-can muffler for starters ;-)

Living not to far from a few major cities (New York, Boston, Hartford, New Haven) I ve seen quite a few bad mods like a supra with the under carriage lights so low that when the guy went to put his car up on a shop lift (which can get many lowered Civics, etc on it) they got smashed. Or the guy who tried to spary paint his car on a windy day lmao

So would I.
The only thing I'd change on my '70 Cutlass would be to put a 600 HP 455 in it, but nobody will tell me how to build one
