Hi Speeddemon, speedy266 Joes 94 cutty, all,
1990-1996 Cutlass Ceria = 2833 lbs.
1990-1996 Cutlass Ceria 3.1 V6 HP = 160
1990-1996 Cutlass Ceria 3.1 V6 Torque = 185 ft/lbs.
1990-1996 Cutlass Ceria 0-60 time = 10.9 seconds (http://www.theautochannel.com/vehicles/new/reviews/gap9633.html)
All of the above equals one slow pig. Alot of cars that do a 14 second quartermile also have V8s. A car that does not have a proper tuneup can have performance like that. With a 0-60 time of 10.9 I would look to see a quarter in the upper teens. The 3.3 and the 3.1 have the same HP and Torque ratings, but I would think that the extra displacement would help. Still, these family sedans arent very quick, and most definitly wont run a quarter in the 14's unless they have some performance upgrades.
