A couple guys on the forum here run air bags, but I dont think anyone here has a real hydro sittin at home... airbaggedcierra, and bdyman run air systems in thier rides, and they installed them themselves. Lots of work... ;-) I'm sure one or the other will post here soon...

from what i hear hydros are messy, harder to maintain, and add alot of weight to your ride because of all the batteries and pumps you will have to add to your trunk. air suspension (correct me if im wrong) is a good alternative but its still way different from hydrolics.. you wont be able to bounce or anything gangster like that.

Hello everyone,

Quote: from what i hear hydros are messy, harder to maintain ..........
No problems if the install is done correctly. Weight from batteries, pumps, solenoids, etc, is the penalty if one needs to do the "show off" BS.

I've always picked my stance, then cut coils, or made blocks, to make it ride at that height.

Regards, Norm
