Hi, I am a long time avid muscle car fanatic and for the past 15 years have been looking to buy an original numbers matching, affordable (!) car to invest in and have fun driving. Have looked at Vettes, late 70s T/A and Z28, GTOs, 442s, and even AMX and 'Cudas.
I was lucky enough to find a local Arizona guy selling a 1976 Cutlass Supreme Hurst/Olds conversion t-top car wtih numbers matching, all paperwork since day 1 of purchase, immaculate condition, mostly original, and 1 of only 2 with the 455 V8, t-top, and the red/orange paint. I immediately bought it, drove it up to my home and now everyone is drooling over it! It runs fabulous, looks awesome, and the paperwork that came with it is phenomenal!
Was wondering if fellow enthusiasists could point me in the direction of any information on the Hurst/Olds conversion of the '76 (which was a dealer ordered option for the original buyer according to the original sales slip which I have). I know the H/O did not exist in 76 per se, but this was a dealer conversion for this buyer and has all the emblems, details, etc. I would love to find anymore information and/or parts lists etc on this type of 76 cutlass.
Anyways, I also bought a new 2002 Olds Bravada and 3 years later, am still in love with it! It is black, I have kept it immaculate, fully loaded, have added a Jetchip, custom high-end rims and 20" wheels, XM radio, lowjack etc and love blowing people off the highway with it!
Glad to hear from any fellow olds bravada and/or cutlass supreme members and really would like to find more info on this particular H/O car that I just bought. I will be posting photos of the car soon (took some today) and would love your feedback. I am very proud of it and have already found myself just sitting in it and feeling great!

Well, I guess I'll be the first to welcome you here (again)
Sounds a like a nice car, as well as the Bravada.
Got any pictures that you could upload?

yes, i'll be posting some photos of both the Cutlass and the Bravada. I just took the Cutlass to the stereo store up here in Payson and had all the old wiring gone through and sorted out. Everybody up here really freaks out over this car, it sure is fun to cruise around in!!
everyone has such nice cars on this site! they all look great!
