| Hello everyone Im shawn bought my 1989 delta88 FE3 2 years ago and recently decided to fix er up. and first things first trying to figure out how to incorperate a olds grand naional supercharger onto my 3800, or a grand prix GTP supercharger over. im working on trying my own custome electric supercharger out first due to cost savings. mine is expected to boost 25 psi max but im working on proto's to get more psi out of it. ill keep you posted on that process. thanks |

Welcome to the site!
First, Grand National is a buick. The GN used a turbocharger setup rather than a blower.
Its more cost efficient to do an engine/computer swap with a grand prix L67 motor than to retrofit an existing 3800 engine.
What kind of cost savings are you expecting out of an electrically driven blower, that a mechanically driven one would not provide? How have you economically squeezed 25psi out of a blower? Have you patented??? ;-) |

Hello and welcome to the site!
L67 swap would be the most economical way to go.
Or...you could do this:
