How does fuel economy relate to any investment?

I never said he was asking about fuel economy! I mentioned fuel economy because you can save money in the long run, if money is being saved from practicing economy with rational sense: keeping the car with a V6 due to better fuel economy. Then one can use their monetary gains towards their automobile or what some/most call an "Investment".

Looks like you couldn't find them?

Since the OP was concerned with performance, it is doubtful he considered fuel economy a factor.

Since he was asking about modifications, he was not interested in protecting (or increasing the value of) his car.

Whether his or any other car might be called an investment, would be an entirely different subject. One that I have a little experience with. If you would like to start a new thread on it, please do.

I will admit! This thread has being interesting and the comment I made seems to "stick" in your mind! It was a figure of speech..A freedom I like to excercise and have no problem with others doing the same. Just like it's my choice to prove or dis-prove information. I could never know if someone was on glue, it would be hard to prove otherwise. But then again, isn't this a disscussion board? Are we here to help those with particular problems?

If your "on glue" you may need help that the Preformance section of this forum can't provide. For help with those "particular problems" you may want to check with your doctor.

You seem to be confusing the terms "cash outlay" and "investment"?

If the source was intentionally misquoted, a different meaning could be posted in order to support a false statement/argument. In that case, posting the link would expose the scam.
