Is this a quiz, or did this happen to you?
Proper body repairs shouldnt have too much problem with frost I would expect, Unless you've got moisture trapped under the bondo or something... |

| Eventually the moisture will create surface rust. We forgot to primer a bare metal spot and a week later it was rusty. :blush: |

Same as with any other form of moisture.
You would get a more accurate answer from the person who chose the brand and type of primer, used in the application you are asking about.

How long will that process take if the affected area has been "repaired and primed"? You know, like in the question that was asked, but you have not addressed.

Norm, we simply accidentally missed a spot when we were primering the bare sports. We only worked on the car on weekends so we didn't notice it until slight surface rust was occurring the next weekend. Problem was taken care of and a year later it still has not rusted, or shows any signs of it. I'm sorry Norm that I had to get everything so perfect, that accidentally missing a spot of primer was a big deal that couldn't be taken care of :roll:
A bare metal spot can rust in a quick time givin the right atmospheric conditions, such as winter when we were doing the car. It may or may not happen as fast in warmer climates. ANY bare metal spot will rust over time, I'm sure we know all that. |

Well...I never really found any answers in this post...
But one frost isn't gonna do much, as long as the primer was fully cured.
Just make sure you clean it good with some 3M Prep Solvent-70 or similar...you should be doing this between dry coats anyways. You just want to make sure it's as clean as possible, and use a scuff pad before you put the next layer on (and clean it)...don't want peeling sealer.
