Hey guys, I need some help finding parts for my 1979 Cutlass Calais.
I've checked billionsandtrillionsinc.com, and jegs.com, and even JCwhitney.

None of these sites seem to have the parts I need.

Right now I would like to find a 4 Barrel carb. , mine only has a 2 barrel, and I'd like to open it up to 4.

I'm also interested in adding a hood scoop (even just a dress-up one, haha), but I have no idea how much that would cost, or the labor involved, and what has to be done to the car.

I'm for sure going to put a new muffler on it, and I need some recommendations.
What would give it a loud, somewhat aggressive sound, but not get me pulled over every five miles?
I'm looking at the FlowMaster DeltaFlow 40 series, are they any good?

If you want a 4bbl carb, they can be found on jegs.com, or summit.com, but you will need to change the intake too. You could buy an adapter, but from what I hear, they are a waste of time.

The rest I will leave to someone who knows, since I don't.

When you ask about your own car, and the comp shows nothing is made for it, they can't help, because you are asking for the wrong part.

You will need learn more about your engine and all other applications where it was used. One of them might have used a 4 barrel, and using that knowledge, you will know it will do the job.

Why? Doubtful you would see much difference.

Talk to your local Mom & Pop body shop.
