Quote: 89 Turbo Trans Am (TTA)

TTA was '89 only. It used LC2

You were partially right.

correction LC2's were in fact the grand national engine codes, BUT the only diffrence is the engine block. I went to the GM dealership today and the parts manager went through the partnumbers etc.. and found the block is diffrent for obvious reasosns but as i stated earlier in the first post i made everything is interchangeable except the block if you need more proof go to your GM dealer

Yes. If you do not, how are we to believe you really talked to a "parts manager" or if you are just blowing smoke?

91buickman wrote: ........ thats chilidish ........
You offered the proof. I simply asked you to show it.

How is that childish?

You made the statement to back up your own allegation.

It's up to you to prove it.

Jesus.

You guys sure get off topic fast

To swap an L67 into your car the easiest way would be to swap the motor/trans/wiring/fuel pump...then we have the issues with the motor mounts.

The cheapest alternative would probably to to be to buy a car with an L67 already.

However, with a little custom fabrication, anything is possible.
