I have tried to upload a few pics, but I always get a "image file too big". I have changed the file size to 800 by 600 pixel and 1.2 mb, but still no luck.
What am I doing wrong? |

hmm...800x600 and it's 1.2mb...
The max file size is 256kb, 1.2mb is quite large for that size resolution, i'd suggest lowering the quality a little bit.

well...1.2 megabits would be 153.5 kilobytes, but I assume you mean 1.2 megabytes, which is 1,228.8 kilobytes. This is way over the 256 kilobytes limit.
