Honestly sounds like every other V6 with an exhaust in my opinion.

And does that sound good, or bad to you?

V6's with an exhaust (aftermarket type) are way to raspy with any amount of good throttle. At idle it sounds nice, but that's about it.

Nothing to do with the tone of the exhaust system, or this topic.

If you would like to discuss any, or all, of these 3 comments, you can start a new thread in the proper forum.

Yet, another BS post.

This is true of some mufflers that use fiber materials as a dampening media. SuperTrapp is one exception.

Flowmasters do not use any dampening and, in the context of this topic, will not get any louder.

If you wish to discuss it further, you can start a new thread, in the proper forum.

i had flowmasters on my buick they were quiet at first but when carbon starts building up inside they get louder, and im not the only person who will attest to that. Otherwise yes equal length exaust do make a diffrence in sound,

Post the quotes along with your sources. Db readings would be helpful.
