My back right door will not lock via power lock or manual lock. When u push it down it doesn't lock it just kinda goes where u push it then comes back up. Like a spring or something. Any ideas if it can be fixed without replacing?

Ok. I took the panel off and I'm kinda lost as to what the next step is. Here's some pictures:






I think this controls the power but I'm not sure. I need some incite. If that is indeed the problem, it doesn't look easy to get to


I haven't put the door siding back on yet, but with mild force I got the door lock to be able to lock and unlock manually. It does not respond to the power lock at all so I don't know.
