What is the best path to run my power wire to the battery

What gauge wire are you using? The battery is on the passenger's side....so I ran the power wire on that side, underneath the molding (4 gauge wire). There's a grommet on the passenger side...right above where the passenger's feet would be...you can drill a hole in the rubber to make room for the wire.
