I can see that it is from the factory (Ste Therese, Quebec), but what's it's use?

Is that your build sheet? That's what it is, a build sheet. What the factory used to determine what options your car would receive. Paint color, interior color, cassette player, etc...the codes do mean something, need a service manual or a program to decode it...if you wish...or a window sticker... :D
