As I explained in my previous post: As usual, it started with a thread hijack by our resident BS artist. Here it is again:

91buickman wrote: ........ What are your plans for the engine? i highly recomend the LS-X retrofits ........
Didn't this one speak for itself?

Norm

Right because whenever someone says anything that Norm disagree's with or see's irrelevant, its a thread jack by a BS Artist. If someonelse could backup what norm is saying please do so, but i dont see how giving someone options to look at is a thread jack.

Instead of making random (and juvenile) accusations, post an example, and state your (mature) objection to it.

91buickman wrote: ........ its a thread jack by a BS Artist ........
This childish personal attack, is your second hijack in the same thread.

91buickman wrote: ........ If someonelse could backup what norm is saying please do ........
I do not need any “backup” from anyone, since I do not post anything I am not fully prepared to discuss.

If you were not an immature BS artist, you would be doing the same.

Here it is, again:

1. How reliable are 1969 Oldsmobile Cutlasses?

2. How many ~MPG do they get?

3. Would they be good to use as a car all the time?

4. How hard are they to fix up? Like the pretty much every part of it.
What are your plans for the engine? i highly recomend the LS-X retrofits ........
Your post has nothing to do with the topic. Thus, my previous answer. Here it is, again:

88 coupe wrote: 91buickman wrote: ........ thats why i asked th op what plans he had for his engine combination ........
We all know why you asked.

Because you need to showcase your vast knowledge of that product. This was clearly shown, by your eagerness to add your "recommendations" along with the question ........
Which part, do you not understand?

I did post the quote, in it you said i thread jacked, the op wanted to discuss fixing up a cutlass that might come into his possesion, So i gave him a option to look at, and that was depending on if the engine in it was any good, either way though relevant to the topic yes. maybe it dosent suit your taste to think that far ahead but im certainly no BS artist for doing so. I wasnt asking for you to back up your B.S accusation i was asking someone else besides you and your blind partner. as for thread jack you are the culprit in most threads, you are th constant accusatory get off topic person, but fail to hold the mirror and see the real B.S artist, Its fine to disagree with someone. Ive never had a problem with that, but you take shit way to far 100% of the time, calling people b.s artist and asking dead end questions has never helped the thread and causes the "pissing contest" but this is nothing you dont know i think you get off on getting a rise out of people, because over the internet in any forum ive been to ive never seen anyone who constantly for years, does the same anal, childish, disrespectful, meglamaniac shit that you do. If you care so much about the threads on this forum learn how to debate and keep your opinion of other people out of it, because that is what debating is about...facts....not calling people childish and all that other shit you do.

Assuming you mean me-

Quote: and your blind partner.

If you have any beef with me, make a seperate post about it. It'll be less confusing that way.

Because you say you did, does not make it a fact. You did not post the quote.

Here it is, again:

Posting the actual "quote" along with a mature reply, to the exact statement/question, is what separates the mature adults from the BS artists.

For example:

91buickman wrote: ........ the op wanted to discuss fixing up a cutlass that might come into his possesion ........
The phrase did not appear anywhere in this entire thread.

Like any other common BS artist, you paraphrased to hide the fact that you edited it.

How is that, not childish?

91buickman wrote: ........ calling people b.s artist ........
Unlike many people in this culture, I have a high regard for the truth. So much so, I believe, that if a mans word cannot be trusted, he is not a man.

If it posts like a duck, I have no choice, except to call it a duck. If one posts like a BS artist, the call is the same.

91buickman wrote: ........ and asking dead end questions ........
Without the quote, this is just another of your BS accusations.

91buickman wrote: ........ because that is what debating is about...facts ........
Like any other BS artist, you do not understand the difference between fact and opinion/theory.

Facts cannot be debated. If it can be debated, it is only opinion.

91buickman wrote: ........ not calling people childish ........
I will be happy to discuss it, if you will post (in context) an example.

91buickman wrote: ........ and all that other **** you do.
Other than to respond (in kind) to messages that are posted here, what do you have a problem with?

Is it that I post BS statements, like the following?

http://www.oldsconnection.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=2782&postdays=0&postorder=asc&start=15

91buickman wrote: 88 Coupe wrote: 91buickman wrote: ........ but the aluminum pipe heat soaks really really bad ........
Explain how that affects the air that's moving thru it.
well..if you dont have the brain capacity to know that aluminum does heat soak theres no need in explaining the aspect of that ........
If I have, post the quote, it's source, and your objection, in a mature manner.
