|
|
| I own a 1988 Cutlass Supreme SL and I believe the stereo that is in it is original equipment. My problem is this : I want to set my clock on the face of this thing ahead...but I don't know exactly which button to push! I know it sounds stupid...but this really bugs me! (I have the owner's manuals and looked in them today....I did not get much help there...maybe I overlooked something) I would appreciate any input! Thanks! |

This is from my 1987 Oldsmobile Delta 88's "Oldsmobile Owner's Manual Supplement: Music Systems and Electronics"
CLOCK
Systems With "SET" Button
To change the time, first press and release the "SET" button. (The "SET" indicator will come on, and the radio frequency will be displayed. The time of day will be displayed again once you press the "SEEK" or "SCAN" button.)
After pushing the "SET" button:
* To change the hour, push in the "SCAN" button and hold it until the correct hour is displayed.
* To change minutes, push in the "SEEK" button and hold it until the correct minutes appear. Advancing the minutes past "59" will not change the hour.
Systems Without "SET" Button
To set the time on systems that do not have a "SET" button, first be sure the time of day is displayed. Then:
* To change hours, gently pull the "SCAN" button and hold it until the proper hour appears.
* To change minutes, gently pull the "SEEK" button and hold it until the proper minutes appear. Advancing the minutes past "59" will not change the hour. |

Nope....It's a AM/FM cassette player with a bunch of weird triangluar shaped buttons. (I'll post a picture of it later)
I still have not figured out how to do this! Time will tell!! |

| I have still not figured out how to do this! I am still planning on posting a picture of the face of this radio. It's hard to describe. I know that it seems like a little thing....but it would be cool to be able to look over at it and not have to think..."Man...that thing ain't right"! LOL! |
