Just curious what some of you are doing in the true 1/4 mile at a dragstrip?

My '87 managed a 13.9@99mph spinning through first and into 2nd

My '98 Intrigue managed a 16.5@82mph (I just wanted to see what a stock Intrigue would do LOL)

And my brother's '81 runs 13.7@102mph with a low stall converter.

First time I went to the track I ran a 15.823 at 86.89mph, but that was the first time I race the car. I didn't rev up for the launch, it seriously needed a tune up, and I wasn't getting full throttle. Next time I go back I should hit 14s and after the cam and other stuff I hope to hit high 13s corrected

first pass out of the garage with the new engine was 12.4@111, without tuning....with the changes being done this winter, the car should run in the mid to low 11's easily, possibly lower with a converter change and some weight loss

Hey...since you started this post, I am gonna make a Timeslip page, you'll be able to submit your 1/4 mile timeslip info into fields that will be located in your profile, and then all of the users times will show up on one page...that will most likely be linked on the main page...
