I have a 2002 Indigo Blue Olds Intrigue GLS, with Spoiler, sun roof, 2-tone leather interior with sterling accent and I LOVE it! Even though it is not a final 500, it was produced towards the end in May 2002 and I felt this car in that trim was relatively rare as a have hardly seen other Intrigues with all these at once on the road. I drive it for leasure and care for it as a futur collectibe.
Sadely, last week-end it was damaged by a city tree. Unless I can confirm that this was indeed a rare find, it is likely to treated as a plain wortless 6-year old GM W-body and be scraped. I don't want that. It's my toy!
Does anyone know facts or figures regarding that specific year/model/trim that could help me fight and justify the repairs? (Number of units sold in that trim, special features for that year, ...ANYTHING making it a rare find). |

What do you mean by sterling accent?
Pretty sure all the sterling editions were silver...

| Other then the Final 500 I don't think there were any production special editions of the Intrigue. Only other thing is if there was an Intrigue Autobahn package as there was for some Auroras, but i doubt it. |

| Let the insurance write it off, then buy it back and fix it, then change insurance companies. |
