Well my 442 has a 350 rocket with 4 barrel carb and headers going through stock 2" dual exhaust. I have a PAW 214/224 cam and lifter set waiting to go in.

The Cutlass has a stock 286,000 mile Buick 231 3.8 V-6.

And the other Cutlass is currently missing an engine, I would like to stuff a wild 425 or 455 in there though

Rocket 350....

I can't say enough good things about this engine, it isn't really a "barn burner" because I've left it pretty much stock, but it must be bulletproof. this engine is 31 years old and does not burn OR leak a drop of oil. it's never been overhauled. still runs smooth as could be, and still has good compression. I've done some minor things to it (tune up stuff, rebuild carb, water pump, etc..) but internally the engine has not been messed around with. I was thinking about kinda "souping it up" but it runs so perfect I think i'm going to leave well enough alone for a while. it's a daily driver 6 months out of the year so I'd hate to jepordize the driveability.

even though it's not all tricked out with performance parts, it's got enough torque to pull a suburban that's half on it's side out of a pretty deep ditch (yes... I've done that... unfortunately)

Naaahh Brando..I picked that up off a guy who brought it in for repairs recently, and didn't want to stick the $$ into it...bought it for $100, rustfree, put a used alternator on it, tuned it up, still have to do a head gasket in it one of these days...its pretty decent, has the aluminum wheels, rear spoiler, auto on the floor, cloth interior, red...should be able to sell it this spring and make some cash off it

Stock 3.8 Liter V6 (231 ci), L67 240 hp. Great engine as stock and performance parts are available if you want to make it go faster.

Well, the '87 Cutlass has a 461 with a horsepower guestimate of 350-375HP (based off of trap speed and vehicle weight) and roughly 440ft/lbs.
Best 1/4 time of to date: 13.938@98.64mph.

The daily beater '98 Intrigue GL has the 3.8L Series II engine. I have no idea what the HP is on it and never really cared. It runs good for what it is but its still a dog. Runs the 1/4 in 16.65@82.94mph with an 1/8 mile time of 10.680@64.95mph.

my 83 Delta has the stock 307 in it with edelbrock carb and accel super coil.
My 87 Salon currently has the 307 which will be ripped out once i get to working on the engine compartment and replaced with a 455 from a 73 Toronado. I got some C heads to put on it and I'm going to do a basic rebuild to it. The engine ran beutifully but i want new rings gaskets bearing etc... before i drop it in. Also plan on having roller rockers and a nice cam, and other teeny mods here and there.
