we scored a Touring Sedan today at work...complete with auto on the floor, full gauges, steering wheel heat and stereo controls, digital trip computer, factory 16" finned turbo style wheels, power leather seats with recline and power adjust, in overall good shape.....guy thought the tranny was out of it, and stopped at our shop on the way to the junkyard to junk it..wanted us to remove the locking lugnuts so he could pull the wheels...ended up buying it, planning on either replacing the tranny, or using it as a parts car, only to find the locking lugnut removal tool in the trunk...and the tranny about 4 qts low on ATF...topped it off and the car drives GREAT!...needs a few minor repairs on misc. things, but nothing serious..

oh, did I mention we paid $100 for it? :P :P :P :P

Hey!!! Anyone want to come to Wis. and buy a touring sedan? It might be going up for sale soon....

Are you serious or is my left leg getting longer? You talking about a 30's car turned street rod, right? Or did they use that term "touring sedan" for some kind of 98 model? I could beleive that. Some people are real idiots if that's the case.

I think he's talking about a more modern car... you could get the touring sedan package on a 98. it included things like leather bucket seats, floor shift, I believe sportier suspension and tires, badging, things like that.

anyone know what years the touring sedan was offered? I think it was most of the 80's and 90's but I'm not sure. I know my father had an 86, so they definitely had it by then. And although I havent seen many of them I know you could get a 98 touring sedan in the 98 body style of the 90's

touring sedans are sweet, i just don't like the squared off roofline of the 98's.

What year is it, and is it supercharged? The 91'-93' had the S/C option, which is what i'm looking for. I test drove one once, but it was in very poor condition. It had soda in the shifter, torn leather, bad radio, bad brakes, and service engine light was steady. It makes me mad when people don't take care of such high quality automobiles. :x

Soda in the shifter :x . I work at a Motorola shop, we install radios in vehicles all the time, and maintain them. You wouldn't believe how often we get soda/cigarette ashes/ etc in those radios when the come in for maintenance. Usually the complaint is something like "won't work" or "has a short in it"........no kidding.
