if your dash is greenish blue now... What color would you have to mix paints to come up with red? Thats the color of cellophane you'd need to use... I think you would likely end up with a dash you couldnt see in the daytime, or the color would be pink or something. You need a fair amount of change to come up with dark red.
But I would think that purple window tint would work good?
BTW, furyolds, thats a good idea, you should get some pictures up on here! I'd love to see it! |

| yes i used purple and it comes up with a pleasant eye pleasing blue...i tryed red cellophane and it comes up purplish...i will get some pics...k..so the way i did mine was i took my top dash apart..well my dash is totally aprt right now :p so it was easy...and the part you can touch with your hand is the part thats green..so i took it all apart and just cut piece to fit over the digital stuff..its also cool to drive around without that front part of the dash cause its like whitish green..but during the day ya cant see shit :p |

| but i didnt use window tint cause i didnt want to fuck with it that badly if i wanted to take it off..im stuck tho because the caution light flashers and shit are orange and red and shiit..so i havent decided what i want to do..also im scared to move the drivver information center thing via cutting a bunch of wires so i want to find a connector to split it so i can dete4ach it then run it down into my glove box..then wire in switches for my blue headlight leds and shit :p |
