I think his basic answer would be no, it wouldn't be cool...which is my answer too...
Strobes!?! No dude....
Something that is pretty cool is custom stuff...like ford50only5 at sounddomain....he's wiring up blue LEDs all over the place....you could it's a tad bit overboard and that he is crazy....but it's actually kinda cool what he is doing...
He got like 100 blue LEDs on ebay for like $5.00 or something I think...
Neons....sometimes they look cool under the seats and in the trunk to highlight a component in your system when you open the trunk....but underbody neons are just too ricey (is that a word?)....

I beleive he was looking for the lowrider look...
Dude, if you wanna do it right, and make some neons or strobes look cool, you're going to have to rip out the back seat and install a large fish tank.
At this point, you'll want to light up the fish tank with the neons and strobes... That would be cool. Although, I would hope the fish dont have epilepsy... :-) |

| LED ones are better, I would choose them over the actual neons, due to breakage reasons. |

Plus...neons tend to actually dim over time...those LEDs are gonna shine bright until the day you die :) Good to know, eh?
