I'm kinda curious about these EFI intakes. From what I remember they use a different type of injector than whats standard today and same with the fuel rail. I also remember they were used on late 70s to early 80s. Well onto the questions:

Is there a way to make a newer injector fit?
What did the stock injectors flow?
How good does the intake flow itself, I heard it wasn't great but I want to make sure?
What type of computer was used?
What cars did they come on?

I think this would be a cool project for my 85 Cutlass if I decide to keep it. A fuel injected Olds 350 or 403 that could run 14s with a TH200r4 tranny could be a good street machine.

If i recall correctly the only oldsmobile *rwd* engine that ever recieved fuel injection was in a cadillac, like a 79 i believe. The fuel infiction was on a 307. From what i heard, it sucked, badly. But i could be wrong
I personally dislike fuel injection. I just think it complicates the hell out of an engine. I'ma see if i can find a link that has the engine, get back with ya when i find it

ok, well i couldn't find the website that i thought of but i figured this one would be of more help. Turns out it was a 350 olds, not a 307.
Anyways this website shows how a guy made a 403 fuel injcted out of mostly stock gm parts.

From what I learned so far is the intake flowed pretty decent, they use 38lb/hr injectors, and a analog computer. The problem is the stock computer limited the injector work duty to 50%. The intake can be midified to use LS1 injectors and I can get a Mega Squirt DIY computer. I think with a 350 or 403 and tuck it into my 85 cutlass it could make for a good reliabe daily driver street bruiser
