| went to a brazilian restaurant in Newark, NJ last night for rodizio, that is when they bring out big skewers with meat on them and slice you off some. there were like 13 different things. soooo good. they had filet mignon, roast beef, roast pork, chicken, pork ribs, 2 kinds of sausage, beef ribs and a few other things. it was a vegetarians worst nightmare. it was great, when i left i was stuffed and wasted (the pitcher and a half of sangria did that to me). if there is one around where any of you live, i highly reccomend it. |

| cooking meat like that on a rotating skewer is very common in southern Europe, eastern Asia around the mediterranean. You see that a lot. I like lamb meat done that way, can't get it around here. |
