Here's mine(*EDIT* New Pic!)...
They're not true duals though. It's got a y-pipe at the back. A custom muffler & exhaust shop called "Pat's Muffler and Welding" in Blaine, (or is it Mounds View??) Minnesota did it for me. Really good job they did too on it! Cost me I believe 300 bucks w/ tax about two years ago. Car got slammed into on the rear passenger's side quarter-panel a little while after I got the duals put on and there weren't any leaks at all!! Still working good today after the accident.:D |

88delta88, is your's just a y-pipe as well?
do true duals come straight from the manifold as dual? or what's the difference?
when it's split are there two mufflers?
Oh, and license2ill, thats awesome because I live in Minneapolis, haha. |

| onn my car, there is one pipe running to the back, it runs into the single muffler, and the muffler has two outlets. Its just a camaro muffler. True dual exhaust has two pipes coming straight from the engine, no splitting unless there is a crossover. So, mine's not true duals... |

I don't think true duals would work on a Cutlass due to ground clearance issues. Don't know about the old G-bodies though..
It would be really cool though. You could then run mid-length headers down to an off-road h-pipe (no cats) and that IMO would sound damn good! I've got an off-road x-pipe and chambered muffs on my Stang and let me tell you - IT IS LOOOUUUUUUDDD!!! Like NASCAR loud in fact!:D |

| Deep and loud is nice, my '69 always sets off car alarms in the parking lots  but on a longer trip it can get to you after a while. My wife hates riding in my '69 :( . A sound clip would be cool..... |

| I'll try to figure a way out to record my exhaust while I accelerate... Just revving the car doesnt give you a good idea... We should get a section going for exhaust sound clips!!! :-) |

| If you have an old cassette recorder, like duct tape it under your back bumper or something. |
