go to www.justairstruts.com and look around... There are a few other places aswell if you'd like to put air suspension in.
alternatively, domestic performance has drop coils for our cars, maybe they've got a set for yours. What ever way you do it, make sure the struts you've got in your car are going to be able to handle lowering. If they're not great and you modify the springs, it will ride like a bouncing bronco.
Myself, I just cut my stock coils down when I replaced my struts. It worked out excellent, and dropped the car 2.5" from its stock position. Not the best way to do it but it worked for me. If you do this, buy the best struts available... I replaced struts AGAIN 6 months after because the lowering coils took thier toll on my cheap replacement struts. |

not sure using the trunk as a box is a good idea. The panels in the trunk will vibrate and flex (not to mention rattling). You want a stiff and sound proof box, so that you can get the best response and sound from the woofer. So, you'll want to design and build an enclosure of some sort at least.
your car has enough room to mount a 15" woofer on the rear deck? I want your car!!! :-) |

hell yeah man, now, i am gonna have some work to make it fit, but, there is room :) ...a friend of mine does great custom installs and will help me with it...im usin plywood or pdf board to back the woofer for a tighter seal...the trunk is totally going to be rattle proof, and thats no lie...dyna mat and expanding spray foam baby!!! gonna be tough, but, well worth it...and whats up with the poll? no darkened tail lights!? :o man, i thought that would be a for sure winner since thre arent any other aftermarket housings for the cutty...and the clear corners, although broad stance against it from other, i think its gonna happen...but, if ya have reasons to make me think otherwise, hit me up... 8)

Is your car black? I think it looks best if it's on a black car...but it's your car.... 8)
As for the infinite baffle type setup (subwoofer in the rear deck), you may want to check into the SecondSkin Audio deal we have here....40% off their products and free shipping in USA (not AK and HI). http://www.secondskinaudio.com a lot cheaper than Dynamat ORIGINAL and comparable to Dynamat EXTREME.

| darkened tail lights look cool... I think go for it man... I did it to my car, and i havent had any problems with it, as long as you can see the brakes clearly in the sunlight, you're good. |

| I think you should go airride for the cutty it will look tight, especially w/ 17's or 18's! I got mine from aim and haven't had any problems. Darkened tailights are cool too! |

Moving now... this is appearance, not maintanance, just like you said  ...its all good...so cheap u ask? i have a connection that gets it super cheap, and man is that a nice thing to have...ive been pushin around the thought of puttin in the sub(s) in the trunk and leading a custom port from the box to the rear deck...more OEM look so its more of a "holy s*^t, where is that commin from!!?" surprise than a "wow, i bet that hits" and then it hits...not to mention a little more concealed for some theft detterance...eh? thoughts? btw, that sub puts out 600 rms and 1200 peak...2"+ cone travel also :D ...can i get a hell yeah for rockford :?: :!: |

I moved it....
The subwoofer looks pretty...and it can handle quite a bit from the specs, I've never seen any reviews for that subwoofer....so I guess you'll be one to tell. 8)
