drop in a 455
That was my original intentions, that is until i decided to buy my current project car which is an 87 Cutlass Salon with T-Tops, now thats gonna get the 455 :P

My 83 Delta 88 has an accel supercoil *ehh, added a little teeny ensy little performance boost, i mainly notice it at high speeds
And an Edelbrock carburator

Downside with this setup *right now, to lazy to fix* is the timing advance, my car, ad your car should be also, equipped with electronic advance, my setup needs a vacuum advance distrubutor since the quadrajunk isn't sending the ECM signals anymore *shrug* owell, it takes care of ricers on the highway and wannabes at stop lights :)

the topic that you have it the same one i brought up a few months ago, from what ive done and learned, put in eletric fans, upgrade to dual exauhst with a set of holly woods or something for cheap upgrades, you could pry plane the heads but anything you do like that will make the gas suck, but for 2000 bucks you could drop in a rebuilt 455 go to a junk yard find one rebuild it, if you dont know how, well good time to learn  so there ya go, have fun as hell also with my 1985 delta 88 royale brougham you can flip the intake cover to make it sound bad ass
