The third light must not be required north of the border.

If a light is on the car, it must work.

I see alot of cars with all sorts of lighting violations, and I see a lot of cars driving 75 plus MPH on the freeway. Your modification partially obstructed your light, and therefore is not legal.
"Everyone else is doing it" doesn't make it legal.
I don't care what you do, I just think you would want to be aware of the facts.

What fun is driving if you dont have a reason to dodge cops? :-)
They used to LOVE me around here when I had my cadillac, I went crazy one day and put an inverter in there, and mounted 3 black lights in the car. one 48" all the way across the rear deck, and one 18" on the ceiling, and another 18" under the dash in the front. This, combined with all the mood lights, and purple egg lights I could find, and a few neons made for an interesting mobile light show. Wish I had pictures of my lighting work in that car. I used white yarn and outlined EVERYTHING inside the car, and when the black lights came on, it was just amazing.
I was only spoken to once about my lighting, when I went through a drinking and driving check-stop. They just warned me about it. |
