Hey all... I'm new here and I thought I'd stop in here and introduce myself.
My name is Nick, I'm 16, and I currently live in Ohio. I have a 92' Trofeo that is my pride and joy... and I also have an 83' Toronado (we call it Heap) which I paid 75 bucks for b/c it was missing the rear window and has a ton of rust. But it only has 63,000 miles on it.
My 92' is in pretty good shape.. but we had to do a ton of work on it. It has 128,200 on it.. so not too bad for a first car... I'm looking into an 88' Trofeo tomorrow at an Auto Auction... so hopefully I'll make it three Toro's then quit while I'm ahead. :D
I really do like my cars and the 92' still draws compliments and questions... I love that. One thing I hate (I'm sure everyone does) is a riced up anything! God I hate those things! That's probably why my first engine went... too many miles.. and too much flooring it. For a 3500lb. boat this thing will move. When school is in session.. we are a allowed to leave and go to lunch. So we all go up to the next local town and get food. But, we have the lunchtime races...basically who can make it there first.... Well, a lot of people have the riced up Honda's and one has a (well atleast an attempt to rice a) Cutlass Supreme 3.1. With my car (absolutely stock.. not even an K&N airfilter) I've beat all except for 1 Honda. Which I think is pretty good for a stock car with that high milage on it. When you're going 108MPH things change... LOL
Well enough with my ramblings. Great site....
Thanks!
