Anyone out there with an 88 or similar year delta (has to have the 9004 type headlights) maybe this is an idea for you...
I am making these chrome eye-lids for the lights out of two peices of stainless steel. They are about 1 1/2" tall and the width of the head-light. I am sure you have seen them before on older muscle cars and lowriders... But, the test fit worked out really good, and REALLY makes the front of the car look mean... I will post a picture when I am done, maybe you want to make some too. I cant beleive how much of a difference it makes! Looks great! They are simple to make. |

| sure will, but they are for the 88-91 (i think?) style headlights. They could be made for any style of headlight... Will have to get a move on that project, I've been lazy lately. I have 1 made, and the otherone just has to be cut to the right length. Will keep posted... |

| You will be able to see these on my car, when I get enough will power gathered to finish them! It had occurred to me though, what the light output will be like after I cover up 1/4 of my headlight. Since they're made out of stainless steel, I thought the light might be reflected back out the bottom of the head light, so no light is lost, just redirected. Any thoughts? And, I promise I will finish the second one and get some pictures posted! |

I put my fog lights, which had been hanging down underneath the front of my bumper, inside my grill so they shine through it when turned on. Can't wait to see it at night.
