| Side tangent thinking here... if i am assuming correctly, the 3.8 in the GN's are basicly the same engine as the ones in the FWD cars... would be possible to drop a GN turbo setup *turbo, intake, exhaust, blah blah* plus the computer... into a FWD car? Or maybe the whole engine? maybe some mods to make it actually fit the engine bay? Be an interesting thing to try...... if you had money that is. |

| I seem to remember this coming up before.... and it was determined that they are completely different engines (the FWD 3.8 vs RWD 3.8 ) |

Hi TheDarkShadow, all

North/south engines do not like to be installed sideways.
Sideways engines can be made to work in a north/south application.
When considering an engine swap from a platform other than the one you have, it quickly becomes cost prohibitive when you have to pay someone else to do any of the prototype work.
