Got me a rice pipe on today.



Yeah the ricer blue pipe from ebay (orginally sold at Autozone)

Yeah it is a cheapie $25 riceHQ filter...




I really need a K&N X-Stream RX-4750....



After adding it, I got to 65 about 1/2 second faster.

SWEET! it's still a good cold air intake!

I like the sub install!......I have rigged much uglier setups!

I also removed the MAF screen since the tube creates a better laminar flow meaning the MAF is happier that way as opposed to stock.


Should be in the near 200hp/240lb range on this Series one 3.8 now.

According to my GPS and stopwatches she is running high 15's which is not bad for a 3500lb grocery getter, but I need to take it to the track to check it out. Going for the "Fastest Naturally Aspirated L27" Title lol.

thats not bad at all! Al's 94 olds cutlass (before it was the 442---pre 3800) ran in the 16.5's with just the 3100!
Go fer the gold!

gives ya a nice tone at WOT now dont she!?!

Thats a very nice clean setup. I dont know where you get dirty engine bay from those pictures... :-) Maybe I'll have to look at one of those pre-fabbed and anodized intake tubes soon. I like mine, but yours just looks sweet!

Yeah those pics were from the car wash.


Not sure if you have the LN3 or LG3 but either way something is possible. Just get the one for 92-00 honda civic (orginally sold at autozone, now it is on ebay) type in "92-00 94-00" without the quotes on ebay to find theym (only 15 bucks plug shipping) then get a filter, better to go with a K&N RX-4750 but they are 60-100 bucks.
