I believe I found the user....I locked his account and the server load started to go back to normal! 
Portal is also back up 8)

YAY!! So far this is a good day. When I get out of work I will unvale the final team olds emblems....yeah that's right emblems, one with the new olds emblem, and one with the olds rocket. I will post them around 11 am.
