Name is Pete.

Vehicle 1984 Toronado Brougham.
307CI V8
TH325-4L

I have some minor issues with the vehicle, but otherwise it's in great shape. She's a Daily Driver with 120,000 (yes, that is correct) miles on the clock. My wife and I are the second owners of this vehicle.

The first owner was a doctor from Florida, she passed a way a couple years ago and we bought the car from our local Red Cross office as a fundraiser.

Interior is in good shape, I have replaced the factory stereo with an Aftermarket unit, unfortunately this did eliminate the OE CB radio. I keep the radio in the car and will soon be devising a work around for it, so it can be used.

Pics are here: Pete's 1984 Toronado

Thank you!

Friendly? Yes, much.

Sorry to seem a little short on the intro and first posts. Working between my kid's arguments since I am playing Mr. Mom until my Knee surgery and recovery are done.

Knee Surgery? Hope you recover soon! I know what it's like to be stuck at home, I need a kidney transplant. Good to see another Oldsmobile lover here.

You should'a kept the CB... I'd kill for one.

The CB is still in the vehicle and I am working on a way to adapt it to work with the Aftermarket system. I think it boils down to plugging in the harness adapters and providing a power source for it.

My Knee surgery went well last Friday. I am now in the recovery phase and taking my time getting back up and running.

Even though the Toro is an Auto, and it's my left knee that got operated on, driving isn't comfortable yet....
