my name is Troy and i am new to the site and just wanted to let everyone know a bit about me and my olds (that oddly is hard to find much information about online)
I have somehow inherited a 1990 Delta 88 Royale, metallic silver ext. burgundy red interior, and doesnt run or even move hardly at all and has more rust then i know what to do with. i got the car from my mom after she had a brain injury about 7 years ago and the car hasn't moved since about 4 years ago. all of the fuel lines had already rotted out of her and so has basically all of the brake lines but im not stopping, so far i have dropped the fuel tank, replaced the fuel sending unit and pump, took out the old rusted fuel lines, replaced the one and the other im working on now because my friend stripped the brand new line bolt and over-bent the line from the fuel rack down :| other then that i have bought new pads front and back, new rotors from the local scrapyard, new calipers, steering wheel cover (just because) and don't know what else i may need for it, i will post pictures of my project once i get motivated enough to take some, but is their any advise anyone can give me on what more i can do for the old girl before i attempt to start her? (besides change the oil or get a new one that works which are my usual responses from friends.)
and any feedback is very much appreciated in advance!

Welcome to TOC,

Nothing wrong with fixing up an "older" car. When it's up and running again you will be proud to be driving something that has some family history.
