I found them on eBay....aftermarket by TYC. They don't list them as being compatible for the Intrigue though, they list it for Buick Regal and Century. I happened to be staring at a Buick Regal and thought to myself... "Hey, those are my fog lights!"
So I looked em up, sure enough...they looked exactly alike. I did have to tap a couple of holes in the bracket, the stock ones on the intrigue have studs there, these ones just had holes there (1/4"), used a 5/16-18 tap.
Both of mine were trash, the side brackets of the fog light housing was cracked, and every time I put a bulb in there, it literally exploded.
My mom's Intrigue has the same problem, so I'll have to replace hers too. One of them is okay, but it has been replaced...it has a different maker on the front of the lens. Both of mine, and the one that's bad (same problem, cracked side mount) on my mom's Intrigue say "Blazer" on the lens, which I assume is the company that made them...and didn't do a very good job at it.
This is the one I bought.
