Does anyone have any idea why my drivers side window only works half the time and what I might need for it? It seems to not work in extreme temps of heat and cold.

Also, my heater/air conditioner does not blow.... It only works if i'm on the highway and air is circulating through naturally. What might I need for this?

And, I wrecked the front end... i need a new drivers side side panel, turn signal, head light, the bracket that holds the lights, and a new grille. Does anyone have these items or know of a place I can get them... Thanks again!
P.S. I have found a new hood already.
