Well, this year started off with a lot of downs for me and my mom, we had a lot of expenses come up, and it was difficult. Recently my mom, after she was tired of her 2 door. (we took a 1,000 miles trip down to Mississippi, very uncomfortable in a 2 door) She was finally able to buy another car, 4 door Camry. Very nice, IMO. Well during the vacation my mom was trying to find places to buy so we could re-do our lives down there, and she told me the Delta couldn't come along

Well, during the week we were down there, we found nothing, and basically gave-up.
Late last week my grandparents found a very nice rancher that we could afford. 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, in ground pool, fenced in yard, carport, etc. All for $65,000

Some might say, well what is wrong with it? Nothing is wrong with it, it's in mint shape, and it’s just far cheaper down there. So, my moms said go ahead and try and put a contract on it. So yesterday, it was financed as an investment property, and they were closing on September 22nd.

So, needless to say, we're out of this dinky 2 bedroom duplex! And I talked my mom into letting me keep the car, since we wouldn't have enough to find a decent car down there for how much we could get out of my car (salvaged title brings down the value a lot!) so, shes letting me keep it, so the Delta's gotta make the 1,000 mile trip

Should be no biggie.
Only real catch is, is the current resident. Grandparents put in the contract that she could pay rent up to 6 months if she needed to move out. Not really an issue.
So, me and my mom are finally moving up in life. We me more people down there and became friends with them, then we know people up here. Plus, no more snow, and a pool, all for 65K!

Pictures of the outside should be in the mail soon, I’ll try and re-capture them with my digital, won’t be the best quality, but it shows enough.
