Don't know if anybody remembers the new house, but it has carport that is easy to close in as some pics below.

Welp, now we have decided to lay down the money to get it closed in. First contractor wanted to quote us $3700, we said no way. Second one quotes $700 labor and we gotta buy materials. Comes out to about $1300 total. This week it's gettin built, good timing too. (you notice no tags on the Delta, it's kinda under the weather right now and won't run right. Gotta push it outta the carport so they can work ) Hopefully I'll have the after pictures next weekend.

Keeping it out of the nasty weather makes a world of difference in keeping it nice, good luck!

It'll look good once it's done! I can't wait to not live in an apartment anymore... damn rain drips right in the middle of my hood, and the Aurora is only half covered, which means with the wind, when it rains, it's basically not covered.

We lived in an apartment for 8 years with a stone driveway. It's so damn nice having our own house.



It's basically going into "storage" for a while, possible a couple years. Valvetrain is shot. At least it won't be in the elements and will have a car cover for it as well. Someday I'll get around to it.

Day 1 went well. All framed up and ready for the wood siding.

95% done. Needs the door put on, painted, and a few odds and ends like adding shelves and the shop lights. Friggin huge for a one car garage.

It's a nice pool, only got to use it once before it got cold. Right now we have to re-do all the plumbing since the skimmer line cracked and is pullin air in the pump. If you wanna come all the way to Mississippi just to swim in my pool, go for it
