Yes, I use linux on a regular basis. I use a custom debian distro, and love it. I've also liked many other distros in the past also. Mandrake and Suse are very user friendly and provide easy software install, and a graphical utility for managing just about everything.
Debian is rock solid, but a little less complete. Ubuntu is looking quite appealing, and I might have to play around with it.
Just finishing up a completely new system at our shop. One MAJOR server (2 AMD opteron 275 dual core processors, 8GB ram, Dual 500gb HD using raid 1, and dual gigabit ethernet), 15 terminals and a super-sweet Fully managed 25 port gigabit switch. The server serves Debian linux to each terminal, which emulates via VMWare (very cool BTW) Windows XP terminal services. Users have no idea they are running linux whatsoever. Oh the possibilities with linux...
