Hi Wagonmaster/primerdeath
Should be a 350 SBC, Guessing it wouldn't pass smog check. If it was given up for another reason I would be interested in smog equipment.
I've got one that won't pass, here in Ca.
Regards, Norm

Hi, Wagonmaster/primerdeath
Disregard. Cats are one year only (96) and are the biggest expense. I was trying to avoid parting out a '96 Caprice with all the SS goodies.
Thanks for thinking of us, Norm

The Parisienne is from Canada...it was like 1975 and up must have them...Dynomax has a universal one (high-flow, 2-1/2") for $53.00 @ Summit Racing

Hi Wagonmaster/primerdeath, 88delta88
Thanks guys. It needs more than cats, and I think new stuff would be a better way to go.
Regards, Norm

its illegal, didn't stop me though. the cat on my car had at least 160,000 miles on it and was all pieced together with the original downpipe, got a direct replacement cat with 10,000 miles on it from one of my parts cars, looks better and my old one might not have been all that efficient anymore.

86, did you originally have a cat when you got your dual exhaust? Or was it just the flowmaster that made your car loud?

cool... I wonder what it would sound like without the cat... Mine is pretty quiet, and I figured it was because I still had my cat.
