It makes a little difference in the sound output. My sub was noticeably a few decibels louder. Results will vary of course, might make a big difference for you since you got all those amps, crossovers and such...so this would increase the RCA input into those accesories....so by the time the RCA's finally get to the amps, they'll still have a strong signal. The ground isolator works good....I never properly installed it, it just kinda laid down beneath the center of my dash. The crossovers are a plus...and of course the VU Meters....
I'll be getting a new head unit with higher pre-amp outputs, so I really won't be needing this much, I wouldn't mind keeping it for the VU Meters, but I know I should sell it cause my room is full of car audio stuff 
So...I'll be uninstalling this thing tomorrow for ya, I'll check out shipping rates too...

Yep, still have it....
I'll let it go for $165 + Shipping and Handling....couple others are interested in it....but they haven't given a firm reply and I haven't seen any money from them...so first to pay gets it.
