Well...I'm back at it on the Vista, and have changed the stereo setup AGAIN
Still running my archaic Alpine 3 disc indash deck with preamp only outputs...hey it works and sounds good, so why mess with it!!!
Speakers:
Front:
tweeters molded into the rearview mirror for better imaging, with 6.5" Infinity Kappa 6.05CS crossovers and midbass speakers in the front doors.
Rear: Old school MTX plates in the rear side panels- 5.25" midbass with tweeters and crossovers
Electronics/Equalization: MTX RTX 03 3 way electronic crossover feeding front and rear outputs into an Alpine 7 channel parametric EQ, sub outputs feeding into a X brand bass driver (dammit...can't remember the brand

), similar to an AudioControl Epicenter.
Capacitor: 1 farad Rockford Fosgate
Amplification: Phoenix Gold 9.0.5 Octane R 5 channel
Sub: 1 Image Dynamics ID Max 10" series 2 sub in a custom built slot port enclosure.
Now, I've never been a "small sub" kinda guy....always liked my 15's....but I tell ya....this one 10" will equal or outperform both my Soundstream SPL 15's in the same car!!! Excursion out the AZZ and beautiful sound quality....and this thing goes LOW!!! Holy schnikeys!
Plus...going from 3 friggin amps down to one was also a nice plus, especially when cutting down all the wiring!!!
