I am part of the catagory here of people with the new front drive cars who dont know that much about doing any mechanical stuff past brake pads or an oil change. But I think Norm is a nice guy who is very blunt at times but he has to be so that he gives everyone a slap in the face with some reality. The real difference with Norm is that he takes a more old school aproch trying to diagnose one part as being bad then what many of us do which is replace everything under the sun until it works again. In conclusion I think Norm is a important part of this site and is a nice guy.
