Beautiful looking car, did you buy from dealer or private seller? How much did you pay for that if you don't mind me asking?

$1200 (he was asking $1500)

Private (Old) Party.

Not bad condsidering it books at $2000.

It is a real torque heavy engine and really pulls from 0-80.

All it really needs is a little suspension work and a new O2/Cat/Muffler/Plugs/Wires/Radiator and it would be like new, It rides great but there are a few noises in hard quick turns. It is also a pain in the ass big time as the motor mount is right in front of the water pump and in order to change the water pump you have to remove the motor mount

I am just glad the doors close easily and the windows roll down without taking all day.

Then there is a minor issue with the paint where someone painted their house RIGHT NEXT TO THE CAR. How do I fix this just repaint?

are you handy with a buffer? I'd try some light polishing compound or scratch remover with a buffing wheel. I had a similar, but not quite as severe problem on my car, someone was spraypainting near my car and it got a little splattered. I was able to remove it completely with a buffer though.

just remember to try a small area first to see if it will work and how it will come out. also be careful what you use for compound, if it's too agressive you can end up doing some real damage to the finish.

As apposed to my 83 D88 which takes like 30 seconds to roll them up? :P
MY mom has a 94 Buick LeSabre *Buick equiv to the 88* and she likes showing off her fast action windows :P

And as far as the paint.... looks like a wierd flake paint job... abstract art!

NO.

As opposed to an '87 Ninety Eight Regency 2 Door with 50 pound windows.
