1985 Eighty Eight shows as being VIN "Y" version of the 307.

Engines with oval exhaust ports (3150's) fit engines with square exhaust ports (3050's) when the notes are followed.
Engines with square exhaust ports (3050's) fit engines with oval exhaust ports (3150's) only if they are equipped with cast iron exhaust manifolds.
They will not fit engines with stainless steel exhaust manifolds because the stainless steel exhaust manifolds will not cover the square exhaust ports.
