I have a nice survivor 67 Delmont with a 425. I think it was manufactured in CA. As a daily driver it's fine. But as moth old car drivers, there is always that should I or shouldn't I thinking.

Is there anybody who knows lots about Demonts in Chicago area? Someone who can guide a dummy like me so that I don't simply waste money or worse, ruin a great car?

Seventh digit in your VIN should be a letter.
C = Southgate (near Los Angeles).
Z = Fremont (near San Francisco).
