According to Setting the Pace (pg 488) there were 11,513 1995 LSS' built with no breakout for the supercharged engine option.

I don't have the facts, but a very unreliable source known as wikipedia says...

Its a safe guess that this is a rare car, that doesn't necessarily translate into valuable from a dollar stand point. I think that until 1996 the LSS as an option package on the 88 and that starting with 1996 it was a separate model, marketed as the Aurora's brother.
